Festival of Voices letter
Tuck of the week
Next Thursday’s tuck will be crumpets with jam or cheese. Please ensure you pre-order and pay for tuck using the school meals’ order form.
Spree Voucher Books
We are taking part in this fundraising activity once again. Voucher books were sent home this week. If you wish to purchase one or more books, please send your payment in the envelope provided. Mrs Kirkendall will then send you a Membership Card, which you will need to activate. Any unwanted voucher books must be returned to school.
Cricket Tournament
Those children taking part in the cricket tournament at Great Witchingham on Monday, must be at school by 8.15a.m.
Year 4 trip
Year 4 children will be accompanying Mrs Baldwin and Father Patrick to Bury St Edmunds Cathedral on Wednesday, 11th June. Permission slips and payments must be returned on Monday at the latest.
Swimming
Those children in Enterprise who are attending lessons will need a packed lunch on Fridays for the next four weeks. Lessons times mean that the children will not be at school at lunchtime and therefore not able to have a hot lunch.
Festival of Voices
Enterprise and Endeavour will be taking part in this year’s Festival of Voices at St Andrew’s Hall on Tuesday, 17th June. Please see letter attached.
School Trips
We still have a number of out-standing payments for the trips to West Stow and Lincoln Cathedral which took place this week. Can money be sent in on Monday please. Thank you.
Parent Workshop on Tracking your Child’s Progress – Monday 23rd June at 2.00pm
This will help you understand how we collect evidence from your child’s work/ how it is recorded/ and how we track your child’s progress over the time he/she is with us. Tea/Coffee/biscuits!!
Friends’ Party
The Friends will be holding a Magical Ed Party after school on Friday, 20th June. Please make a note of this date in your diaries. Details to follow. Please note there will be no After School Football Club on this date.
Norfolk Keyboard Orchestra
Keyboard players are invited to attend the Norfolk Keyboard Orchestra Concert on Thursday, 10th July at Hemblington Primary School at 7.30p.m. This orchestra is a newly formed group of children from primary and secondary schools who meet every Thursday to play orchestral music arranged for electronic keyboard ensemble.
