Friends’ Meeting
The next Friends’ Meeting will take place on Wednesday, 17th October at 2.15p.m. We will be discussing ways in which we can raise money for the School. All welcome!
School Photos
Any orders and unwanted proofs must be returned on Monday as orders are being collected on Monday afternoon. Orders received after this will incur a surcharge.
Fun Mats Project
It is essential that orders and payments are returned to School on Monday, together with the original artwork.
Tennis Lesson
David Weeds, a local coach, will be in school on Wednesday for a fun tennis session. He is hoping to spot potential talent! He will also have details of tennis classes in the area if your child should wish to pursue this hobby out of school.
Music Club
Please note next Thursday’s Music Club has had to be cancelled. Music Club will start again as normal after Half Term.
Parent Interviews
We do want to see ALL parents to discuss their child’s progress before half term. Lists of available times are up in your child’s classroom, please book a time.
An accident waiting to happen!
Parents are persistently parking on the yellow lines in front of the school which is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS as well as a great annoyance to parents who have taken the time to park considerately.
No parents should park in the staff car park and no parents or children should enter the school via the staff car park gates. At the end of the day teachers will take their class onto the playground and will not allow them to leave until a parent is seen on the playground. Children will not be allowed to walk off to parents waiting in their cars.
Would you like a part time job?
If you haven’t got a child at our Nursery would you be interested in working at the Nursery in the mornings, 8.45am to 12.15pm? We are looking for a qualified and an unqualified member of staff. Or would you like be a voluntary helper to begin with? Please see Mrs. Baldwin if you are interested.
