Tuck of the week
Next Thursday’s tuck will be French stick with assorted toppings. Please ensure you pre-order and pay for tuck using the school meals’ order form.
Menu Change
On Monday there will be a special Firework Lunch of Bangers or Bonfire Burgers, (vegetarian options available) Fire Fries (Chips) and Jumping Jack Beans (Baked Beans), followed by Shooting Stars (star shaped shortbread). Baked Potatoes will also be available as normal. Firework Lunches are available at the usual price of £1.90 each.
Clive’s Kitchen
Six Enterprise children will be starting this new After School Club on Tuesday after School until 4p.m.
Matthew Project
The Matthew Project is a specialist drugs information and education charity, which has worked in Norfolk for over 20 years and is endorsed by the L.E.A. Drugs Advisor. Enterprise will be watching their theatrical drugs education assembly on Thursday morning.
Korfball Tournament
Can parents of Year 4 children taking part in next Saturday’s event please ensure permission slips are returned by Monday at the latest.
School uniform
It is essential that all school uniform is clearly labelled. Unlabelled uniform is causing major headaches for the staff especially during swimming and P.E. lessons.
Premier Sport
Parents are reminded that if they did not pay in full at the beginning of term, their second installment of £17.50 is due for Friday’s After School Football Club.
Music Club
Apologies for the mix up on the Half Termly Newsletter! Music Club is on Thursdays after School.
Transfer to Secondary School
Parents of Year 6 children are reminded that the Norfolk County Council deadline for Secondary School Applications is 14th November.
Plastic bottles
Please can you send in any empty and washed 2 litre plastic bottles which are needed for a science project.
Cats’ Eyes for Kids
In support of child road safety Nationwide Building Society has sent reflectors for Comets to wear now that the nights are longer.
Poppies
Poppies are available at School for the children to buy at break time in aid of the Royal British Legion. We will hold our normal Remembrance Day 2 minute silence on Friday 9th November.
